MEMBER SPOTLIGHT: A New Approach to Digital Marketing in Thailand with Digital Integrated
How about we start this month with a little question for you: “What your life would be like without internet?” Of course, you would not be able to receive any online communication from us nor access any social media channels to interact and get the information whenever and wherever you need it.
For this month Member Spotlight, we would like to introduce you Mr. Michael Brockett, the Head of Digital Campaign Operations of Digital Integrated. Digital Integrated is a digital marketing agency founded by experts with more than 10 years of experience in the industry whose main concept is that “the client comes first”.
Let’s start with the basics. Who is Digital Integrated Co., Ltd.?
Digital Integrated is focusing on providing cutting-edge marketing techniques in a client-friendly way as a Partner. We provide expert support, consultancy and execution across a number of digital channels, such as Google, Facebook, YouTube, Line, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc. Our strategies may encompass one, some, or all depending on the client’s specific goal.
We are working with some of the biggest brands on a range of campaign objectives, including brand awareness, leads and e-commerce sales.
Can you tell us a little about the history of Digital Integrated? When was it founded, what sparked it, etc.?
Digital Integrated was founded in year 2017 by a group of digital veterans who had a vision for the next generation of online performance. We dreamed of providing our skills and consultancy to a select group of clients, enabling a high-performance quality-intensive service which works to develop genuine, long-term partnerships.
Who would benefit most from your products and services?
Definitely the client. We declared ourselves not an agency, but a Partner who will help the client drive their marketing strategy, work and share information/feedback along the way of the campaign for the best efficiency result in order to reach the client’s goal together.
What has been your favourite project and why?
We enjoy serving every client where being a part of their marketing achievements. Thanks to our professional service level and best quality, we got the “Gold Award” on Facebook Agency League Best Practice Adoption from Facebook in year 2020. We proudly drive a campaign for a client and winned the award for “Best Full Funnel Campaign” from YouTube in year 2021. We are also excited to be a Top 3 Performance Agency, joining LINE Thailand Award 2020.
How has the Covid-19 pandemic affected you and your business – positively or negatively?
The crisis has only affected our working environment as we are working from home and having less chance to see the colleagues face-to-face. However, there is not much difference in term of working performance. Being a business in the digital world and technology make us workable from anywhere.
