This month member spotlight we would like to introduce you to Khun Jeerayu Khowchernklang, Ph.D and his marketing communication agency WillBiteJN that can help you bring your brand to life.
Let’s start with the basics. Who is WillBiteJN and what is your role in the company?
WillBiteJN is a boutique marketing communication agency aiming to build solutions and marketing services for our clients based on research that they can further use to develop sales and marketing communication plans for their products. I’m the founder of the company and currently run the company as a Managing Director.
Can you tell us a little about the history of WillBiteJN? When was it founded, what sparked it?
WillBiteJN was founded in 2018 as a boutique marketing activation agency that was initially originated to serve pharmaceutical companies and healthcare companies for implementing marketing services such as organizing events, roadshow, online activation etc.
Who would benefit the most from your services?
Our main clients are pharmaceutical companies and healthcare companies, but we also work for the beauty FMCG category from time to time. Most of the work we have done for our clients are strategic planning, research, and marketing activities.
Since the Covid-19 pandemic has affected most businesses, how do you and your company adjusted your business direction during this difficult time?
We have just launched our new service unit which is a marketing communication and branding research under the name of ‘WillBite Anova’ to support the clients to figure out how to do the business during the pandemic period.
Our new unit aims to assist our clients understand the behavioural shift and the likelihood that changes in consumer behaviour during this time and how can their brands and products adapt and adjust to win the game against this difficult time. Our team members have years of experience in brand & product research combined with brand activation. We confidently can give our clients the research outcomes with a strategic recommendation, and we can also implement them at a friendly cost.
Let’s talk a little about you. What do you enjoy when you are not working?
Apart from my current work at WillbiteJN, I manage my time to teach as a guest lecturer at Chulalongkorn University and teach English as a tutor for many schools in Thailand.
What made you choose Antares Offices as your home base for your company?
Before I started WillbiteJN, my former employer used to rent an office here. And during that time, I was impressed by the friendly yet excellent services offered by Antares team. So it was quite easy for me to decide to come back here when I established my own company.
